Mayor Sadownikow does not vote on matters before the Common Council unless there is a tie amongst the eight Alderpersons.

The Mayor has stated publicly that he is neutral on the subject of a consolidated dispatch, however his comments at a meeting in June 2012 are interesting to say the least.
